Why cant't i respond to group text?

I just moved from Verizon to TMobile but kept my Note 5 (TMovbile said it was compatable). Now I can't respond to group texts (I write something and it keeps circling and wont post) and I can't send pictures at all.

Any help??

Check your texting app settings for options related to group texts and MMS.
Check your APN settings for SMS and MMS.

I agree with ManiacJoe about checking the APN settings to make sure they're correct for T-Mobile:

I've read that it can be trickier to edit APN settings on Verizon devices -- let us know if that's the case.
