Why did mobile data stop working with Android 10?

[Android Central Question]

I upgraded my Pixel 3A plus to Android 10 this morning. One I left the house (and wifi) I realized my mobile data is no longer working. I am using the same APN settings as before on Consumer Cellular, and the other members on my family plan have no issues.
I can make phone calls and receive SMS, but can't receive MMS or use anything that uses data. I am probably going to have to uninstall, but thought I can would check if anyone might have an answer. I have rebooted twice and tried disabling/re-enabling mobile connection many times.

Since you are the only one, on your family plan, with problems, are you the only one who has updated to android 10?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- you actually looked at the APN settings to confirm they're still what's listed on the Consumer Cellular site?

Hmmm. Yes, it looks like the APN settings did change with the upgrade. That's kind of strange. Thanks for making me check! I am now working again!
