Why did my phone change to Russian after being reset and how do I change it back to English?

I backed up and reset my Samsung S4 Mini to the original factory version, but when it turned on everything was in Russian. I do not know how to change the phone's language back to English.

When you do a factory data reset, typically the language option should be the first question it asks. You don't see an option to change the language in the original setup?


If not then you can go though the settings, but it is a little more difficult
