Why did my samsung s9 stop charging?

My S9 was charging fine, and it suddenly stopped charging. I used both it's original and backup charger, they both didnt work. Please help me.

How low do you allow the battery to drop before charging it, and how long have you been doing that? (Dropping a lithium battery down to zero daily for a month or two can kill it.)
