Why did my text disappear in calendar app

I was writing a reminder in the default calendar app on my phone, saved the reminder, and half of text vanished. Is It possible to retrieve that?

Welcome to Android Central! If you're using a Samsung phone running Pie, then make sure you're using a theme that's compatible with Pie. If it's a 3rd party theme, those often aren't updated to be compatible.

If it's just that the text you entered disappeared, it's possible that there's a character limit to how much text you can put in a reminder. I doubt you can retrieve the missing text.

Yes, I would say that I wrote too much text but why didnt the calendar app give me a warning?
Is it possible to run some program for retrieving list text?
I am using Cubit J3.

I can't say why it didn't give you a warning -- that's something the app developer (presumably Cubot) would have to answer. Probably just poor coding. I doubt there's any way to retrieve the lost text, since it was most likely just briefly stored in RAM, then disappeared. Sorry!
