Why did my wifi refuse to turn off ?

Hi, last night I was having trouble getting the Wi-Fi to turn on. I kept pressing the button and all it did was turn back off. I went online to websites who might have the answer and i did all the steps of each one but still nothing worked. I even did a factory backup and reset process and it still didn't work. No matter what i do, nothing is helping me to turn the Wi-Fi on. Please if there's anyone who has a solution, please respond as quick as possible because I need this problem solved. Any advice at all is needed so please send in help and thanks to anyone who does

Which device do you have? Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or just your own? If it's just your own, try rebooting the router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds. thanks for the help, but what's going on is that the wifi works for all the other people in my home except for my phone. if i try pressing the button to turn on wifi, it turns off right away after

It's still possible for wi-fi to work for all devices except for one, and rebooting the router can sometimes fix this. It's also why I asked if this happens on any wi-fi network or just your own.

If the problem happens despite rebooting the router, then see if it happens in Safe Mode. Which device do you have?
