Why did the microphone in my droid turbo ii stop working?

The microphone suddenly stopped working (can't use OK Google and no one can hear me when I speak on the phone. Tried disabling Moto and turning off/on phone. The mic is still not working? Also checked all the sound settings. Help

You'll need to take it to a repair shop as it sounds like a hardware issue, not something we could assist with. Have you checked to make sure the mic hole isn't blocked or anything like that? has the device got wet or dropped?
