Why did you choose to own a Android device?

They actually wreck other Android flagships in terms of camera quality, screen quality doesn't have to be just about pixels of course. Contrast, Blacks/Whites, brightness etc are way more important and yes the iPhone 6 excels in that.

Check please. The Note 4 decimated the iPhone 6 AND 6+ in ALL these areas. As have other handsets. Add in the superior software that Android touts, the functionality of the S-Pen, and as it's been said, you're left with nifty hardware, pretty design, and a phone that "innovated" things Android has been doing for multiple system iterations now. Apple may have been the innovator once, no-one denies that, but Android has left Apple in the dust for some time now. I applaud your tenacity, and I'm genuinely glad that you enjoy your phone so much, and that it meets your wants/needs. However, you didn't bring facts to this table, only propaganda, and that not going to hold up under any kind of scrutiny.

Best of luck to you. Enjoy the walled garden. I hear the snowdrops are lovely this time of year.

Just so long as you understand that is your opinion and one that may indeed be in the minority of worldwide phone smartphone users.
Considering Android is enjoying an 80% market share, I think your statement may be in need of reconsideration itself...

Because perhaps I also have Android devices? Not all iDevice users are blind users that don't know about alternatives...

Also there are a lot of Apple forums man....a lot.

Then comment about your ANDROID devices on the ANDROID forum, rather than jumping on the Apple soapbox. The OP asked about which ANDROID devices were chosen, not about Apple or platform superiority.

Wow, you made me search back to that post from last year and look this up

Kelly, as you prolly know, the majority of Android handsets sold world-wide are cheap handsets that many in this forum wouldn't want, but they're cheap so they're more accessible. They were purchased likely because of their price not because they were exciting or superior devices.

The iPhone is popular for good reason, but is expensive to to many. Windows Phone is liked by many but has an app problem, from my perspective. Blackberry...well, it just doesn't even count...IMO.

That, I imagine, has a lot to do with Android's market share. I'm not saying today that that's a bad thing.

My very first phone was the HTC Incredible S because it was the only android phone I could get on a cheap M2M contract here in Canada. I've never looked back.

I was considering buying an iPod Touch back in 2012, but someone gave me a Droid 3 with a busted screen (this was after using my brother's busted screen Droid 2 for a bit - but the screen was damaged so badly it was literally unusable) - and after using that thing I found Android vastly superior to iOS. In the fall of 2012 I got a Droid X for $50 after the 3's screen died (but when I booted it up again in 2014 it worked again, so who knows) and I used that until it just randomly died in 2014 - got another X, the buttons started getting wonky, plugged in my first X to the PC then it booted up - so still using using that. I can't believe how well it works for being almost five years old, until a few months ago (minus Browser crash from too many tabs, even though it maxes out at 7, 512MB of RAM only goes so far) it didn't have any issues besides being a bit sluggish - no crashing of anything at all. I'm honestly impressed - did finally put a new battery in it a while back since the old one was so crappy and bloated it was pushing the back cover off, lol . Now that I'm done with the semester hopefully I can get the time soon to play around with it a bit and put KitKat on it - until I can afford to hopefully buy the G4 this fall, and maybe get a G2 in a couple months since they're getting really cheap and, IMO, great devices with a good amount of dev support.

Hauwei was selling android smart phones for under $100 the U8150 IDEOS, which was a great way to get into Android to test it out and wait it out till I could get a SG2 when prices of it came down, I tried to get it through a promotion through my workplace where I could get products by Samsung at its wholesale price. But at the time it was not possible due to licensing issue with the telco who had monopoly on selling the phone in the country 6 months, In the end I decided not to upgrade to SG2, and stuck with the awfully slow and frequently crashy $100 phone for a quite a while.

because i know it has no intention to restrick a crossplatform working.

1. Choices, choices, and more choices... (When you choose an Android phone, you have what seems like an endless amount of choices for phones)
2. The Google Play™ Store (The Google Play Store is fantastic. It is well laid out, extremely user-friendly, and offers about any type of app that you can think of)
3. Expandable Memory and More ( The majority of Android phones offer expandable memory. That means you can pop open the back cover or a slot on the side of your phone and put in a micro SD card which then becomes added memory to your phone.)

being limited by itunes to change music is ridiculous. my laptop broke and I was unable to manage any music.

I think I'll opt in for simple drag'n'drop
