why didnt i got lollipop update for my note 3 at&t as it is already released ?

no lollipop update yet for note 3 at&t but it is released.

Updates are rolled out gradually, so it may take a few weeks for all devices to get it. Also, for carrier versions, you need the phone not to be rooted and/or flashed with another ROM, and a SIM card from the carrier to get the update. For Samsung devices, you can also connect your phone to your computer and use Kies to see if the update is available.

i have note 3 n900a at&t unlock but i did not receive any notification for lollipop update.

My current firmware n900zsucnd2.

i'm in Ghana west africa
