Why didn't you get a 6P?

I chose the 5X over the 6P because of mainly size. I don't want a massive phone. Also, the plastic construction is not a big deal for me. I am very happy with my Nexus 5X and I'm glad I chose it over the 6P

It's all numbers. 8 is more than 4, so the phone is OBVIOUSLY better! No it's not. When are you ever going to need 8 cores to run Facebook on your phone?

Back to the thread question:
I didn't get the 6p because I think the camera bar is fugly. I had a Galaxy Note 2 at 5.5" and as much as I enjoyed the large screen then to read on the Kindle app, I much prefer my Moto X 2014 now. 5.7" is beyond what I'm willing to tolerate.

I'm not exactly looking forward to missing the Motorola features though. In fact, I'm kinda worried lol.

I can honestly say that coming from a Moto X 2014 to a Nexus 5X was a breeze. I don't really miss the Moto features as much as I thought I would. The benefits far outweigh the compromises.

As a whole, the Nexus is much smoother than the Moto, and just like the Moto the size of the Nexus is perfect. I have been very disappointed with the recent direction Moto has taken since the Lenovo acquisition, so that makes having a pure Google phone that much better.

I have also activated my Nexus on Project Fi, and I have been very happy with the QoS with them so far.

Thanks. I'm keeping my 5x. That camera is solid, and I take ALL my pictures with my phone. Just letting my SO try it out because he needs a new phone. There are things he likes about it, there are things he doesn't. He's currently on a Moto X 2013
