Why do Google Contacts not sync with WhatsApp App?

Hello,

WhatsApp does not not show any of my existing contacts from the contacts App. I tried nearly everything

- Checked permissions
- Checked settings
- Sync manual
- Restarted apps
- Restarted device

System Environment:

Android 9
Latest WhatsApp (installed by Google App Store)
