I just got a BLU Advance 4.0 L w/Android 6.0. I can't seem to get the apps and other data, including photos, to load on to the external SD card. So my memory runs out, even the email quits working.
I've read something about a trojan affecting these phones, a "wireless update" that can't be removed. I've seen that, clicked on it, but it didn't download (or said it didn't). Could that have caused this problem? It was easy to transfer everything to the SD on my old phone.
