Why do i get the message network connection lost?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy phone w/real buttons ! When trying to use my browser I get a message "network connection lost". How do I fix this problem? I can't afford to upgrade my phone at this time.

Are you using WiFi or mobile data when this happens? How is your signal strength on whichever networks you are using?
