Why do I have a lock screen come up on my telephone Android Samsung j7 Sky Pro

I have taken all of my Defender Norton app lock all of that stuff off and I still have my screen comes up blocked and I have to put in my code to get in my screen

go to your phone settings, look for lock screen or security and check to see if you have it set to have it on. you shouldn't need to use Norton defender to turn lock screen off.
