Why do I have problem with data connection sign?

Hi! I really need help. I have something wrong with my mobile data connection and I know nothing about it. I already tap on my mobile data but there is none sign about it that show it works. And it really doesn't work. I tried to restart my phone but it's still same. I switched plans at net10wireless recently. However I called them but they said there's no problem...so I really don't know what to do..can you help me please?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Did you switch plans within Net10, or did you just switch over to Net10 from some other carrier? Make sure your APN settings are correct: Phone Programming | NET10
