Why do I have rainbow colors on my Nexus 5 screen when charging?

[AC Question]

rainbow colors on my nexus 5 screen when charging

Nexus 5 running Android m Dev Prev-2, When it is connected to charger/usb it shows rainbow colors on the screen, when i touch the screen the colors go away & come back again after a while. i have never seen this happen any time before.
I tried different chargers/cables. Prob still persists
Hope any AC members can know a solution.
