Why do I have two different times on my Galaxy 2 Watch

[Android Central Question]

The main time and date on my watch are the same as my phone. But when I use the exercise apps, such as steps, workouts, etc. The time is 6 hours ahead. So my results for the day stop and total at 6:00 pm instead of midnight. How do I correct this issue?
