Android Central Question

I have the Galaxy S9plus. I used to LOVE this phone until one day, I began hearing a looping music suddenly begin to play only when I would be speaking to someone on the phone. The person on the other end does not hear it. And it stops ONLY when I end the call and reboot the phone. I have called T-Mobile and they "cant do anything about it except sending me out a 'refurbished' phone. I hate that option, I want MY PHONE. The one I bought BRAND NEW. It's not fair that I have to listen to a ringtone *(I actually discovered it was indeed a ringtone when I was bored one day and decided to change my ringtone, I clicked on "city lights" and that was THE MUSIC I heard!!!)

Has anyone experienced this? and is there a fix? Besides throwing the phone OUT!?

thanks

A fix? Try renaming City Lights.mp3 (I assume - whatever the extension is) to City Lights (no dot, no extension).

If that works, wait until some app complains about not finding a file - it's probably looking for that file.
