Why do i keep getting pop up ads on my samsung galaxy s8?

I got a new galaxy s8 about 2 wees ago and as of yesterday ive started getting these pop up ads all the time. I tried uninstalling a load of apps and deleting unknow files and ive tried a few add blockers but the adds keep coming and its getting me really frustrated because i cant even watch a movie peacefully. These adds pop up and they have a little x on the top right to get rid of it and when i tap the recents key the add doesnt have a name.
