Why do I only have voice on my Samsung and no video, when using a kids app?

hi i have a samsung model GT-i8552 that run with android version 4.1.2 i installed the pbs kids apps but when i run it i dont have a picture only sound coming out i m wondering what is it the video player that need update or what thanks for your help

It should work with 4.0 and higher, so you might want to email pbs-apps@pbs.org and give them the model number and version of Android, so they can figure out what's wrong.
