I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S2, T-Mobile, Jellybean 4.1.2.
When I first updated to Jellybean, I could use a custom message alert or ringtone. They would both show up in the main list of default tones. Now, all of my custom ringtones have been set back to default, and if I want to use a custom ringtone, I have to locate the file in My Files. There is no longer an option to add a custom message alert, just the default tones that came with the phone.
I have read tutorials and done everything correctly in terms of placing my files in the correct folders on my phone. As I said, these tones used to show up. Does anyone know what's going on? I really liked being able to customize my message tones, and not having that feature anymore kind of blows.
