Why do my Note 2 screen colors goes different suddenly?

my note 2 screen colors goes diffrent suddenly

I was surfing on internet but after some time my screen color didn't respond correctly please help guys..

Hey, have you dropped the phone recently? is the colour off all the time? might be an issue with the hardware itself.

If they have become negative, fix that in Settings, Accessibility, Invert Screen Colours.

Otherwise, consider registering as a member - you'll be welcome - and posting a screenshot showing the effect.
