Why do my touchscreen sometimes stop responding until I lock and unlock the phone?

Sometimes it happens five times in ten minutes, sometimes once a day, but I think it has started to happen more often now. The touchscreen stop responding until I lock and unlock the phone. Then it is all back to normal until it happens again. It can be very annoying when it happens in the middle of a video recording, so I have to lock and unlock and everything I have recorded disappear, or in the middle of a game, or at any other random moment. I have found some articles from a few years ago in the web but I have not found a single answer. My phone is a BQ Aquaris X and my Android is 8.1.0. If there is anyone somewhere with an answer it would be awesome.
