Why do my videos play in slow motion with no sound

I have a Samsung s4 active and all of a sudden the sound stopped working on my phone. Someone suggested a factory reset so I done that and it made my phone worse (froze all the time and took ages to start up) then someone suggested to wipe the cache partition? So I done that and it worked for less than 20 mins and went back to the same issue. Sometimes the start up sound works but barely ever. Can't even hear sound on phone calls. Can anyone help?? Its really starting to get on my nerves.

If you record or playback in slow motion, audio is disabled.

I have that issue with my Note 5. Started a few days ago. This is not happening only with videos that I recorded but all videos...YouTube, Snapchat, Fabcebook, etc.
