Why do the photos I delete keep coming back? (Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2)

I have an Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 running on Android Kit Kat 4.4.2. I keep deleting my photos from my phone through Gallery, File Manager, and even through my computer, and it won't work! I turned off sync and removed some apps. And even when I delete photos through my phone, it restarts and brings them back, and I'm frustrated. Please help. I need some suggestions, please.

It sounds like there is some kind of syncronization going on. Do you have any other photo related apps on the phone, either downloaded by yourself or pre-installed? Also do you only want to delete some pictures or all pictures?

Check under settings -> accounts and see if any picture synchronization is switched on.

Sync is off on my phone. And I do have Instagram and Snapchat. I want to delete some pictures off my phone.
