Why does 60 fps glitch on my S7 after oreo update?

I'm extremely upset that my camera works horribly after the Oreo update. I bought this phone BECAUSE of the amazing camera. I always filmed my videos at 60fps and they were so smooth and professional looking. Now it glitches every 2-3 seconds. It's even worse when there's any kind of movement.

I'm also hating the picture mode. Pictures clarity are not as good on auto or pro mode. The beauty filter has to be downloaded but you no longer can use it in auto mode. It's it's own mode so you can't adjust lighting. I've taken my babies pictures before Oreo and they're FLAWLESS. Even with his baby eczema they were beautiful. Now, that beauty filter not only doesn't work but it can't be used in auto mode to adjust the lighting.

I've scowered every online blog and can't find anything else other than going back to nougat. I also just read this is the final large update for S7's. I just bought a new S7 a few months ago when I gave my husband my original S7 that was bought 1 year ago. Now they're going to be obsolete!?!? Not happy at all!!!

If anyone can help with camera issue I'd be grateful!

Welcome to Android Central! I've been seeing a bunch of complaints about the update as well. Have you already tried wiping the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30240

If that doesn't help, there's a ton of camera apps in Play. Try different ones. With Android, you're not limited to what comes with the phone.
