Why does Android Central keep crashing my web browser?

I'm using IE11 on my desktop computer and this website constantly crashes (or completely blanks out) the browser. This use to never be a problem (around a year or so ago). I'm thinking it has something to do with the ads. I feel less compelled to visit this site. What is going on? I figured I would ask to resolve this problem before I fade away from here.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the AndroidCentral site.

Have you had problems with other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox?

I haven't tried extensively any other browser. Although the short period I tried Firefox I didn't have any issues.

It could be your browser - but more specifically it could be a bad ad on the page that forces your browser to close. In our experience IE hasn't played that nice with select ads.

If you notice again please let me know. Will need to get some more specifics - so keep me posted. Thanks!
