why does "Downloading don't turn off target" repeat?!!

my charging port broke on my Samsung s4 and now it says "Downloading don't turn off target" and I googled it. It sayed to press the volume down button,home,and power button and I did it 3 time but it keeps poping back up what do I do I don't have money to get a new phone only to replace the charging port.

You are in download mode, try just rebooting the phone, it should just get back to the regular UI.
