Why does email load so slowly?

When I click to open an email I have to push "load more details" at the bottom. It takes FOREVER to load on my phone yet I can open the exact same email on my ipad and it opens instantaneous. Why does it take so long on my note 3?

Which email app are you using, the stock Email one? Try going to the App Manager, selecting Email, and Clear Cache.

Try uninstall it then install back

Clearing the cache helped. Emails are loading faster. Thanks!
