Its a 4 ultrapixel. Its has larger pixels to pick up more light and image. Its like having 2-3 pixels in one, does it does the work of multiple. It takes great photos. So why does everyone bash it. The shutter speed is faster too. But ppl still bash it.

Some people bash anything and some people just don't know that they don't know what they are talking about. Who cares? If you are happy with your camera, that is what matters.

Ture but I was wonderb if anyone had a technical reason behind it. Ive only heard ppl say because its a 4mp camera.

Who is "everyone?" I've seen mostly positive feedback. That said, most people think bigger numbers are better and have no clue that more megapixels are not equal to better pictures. Heck, one of the best cameras I've owned was a 3 MP point and shoot! The newer 7 MP that replaced it wasn't even in the same league.

Just reviews and ppl talking about why they dont like it. I agree with you that the more mega pixels doesnt mean better quality. Theres more to it than mega pixels.

Compared to my evolte, the low light pictures are insane. Don't even need flash

For all the above reasons and because some people don't know how to deal with something new. I still don't think the camera/lens setup on the One is ideal for landscape shots, but closer shots are great, macro shots are amazing, and the night shots are fantastic. I don't do many distance shots, so for me that works okay. But for others it might not. But no matter what people say, this camera is amazing compared to what we had to work with a few years ago. Far far better.
