Why does Firefox crash as soon as I try to load it?

Firefox crashes

I have an HTC 8 and it updated to Lollipop today. Now Firefox crashes as soon as I try to load it. As I use Firefox to stream some stuff, I really need it up and running.

What can I do?

Reset Your Firefox Cache, I suggest before doing so to safe your bookmarks and/or bookmark pages that you visit often, if that fails re-install the Firefox ( make sure you safe your bookmarks )

P.S. : ATM i can't provide you with a link due to no posts but type on google " how to save bookmarks on firefox android " and see if that helps.

Post what happens after you have done said steps so we can continue troubleshooting :]

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I cleared data and cache and did a clean install. If you try to set up sync, Firefox crashes in the background but the sync setup still works. But as soon as the actual browser window is left open more than a few seconds, the app crashes to Mozilla's report screen. Maybe it has something to do with accessing the about:home page? Honestly lost at this point.
