why does it come up mobile network not available & theres no signal

ive got a samsung s3 mini and ive put a new 02 sim card in its says its registered on network but i carnt ring out or get any signal can anyone please help?

Bring the phone into O2. It could be a bad card (which they'll replace) or they provisioned (set up) your account wrong.
