Why does it say "The package appears to be corrupt" with apk on Galaxy A5

The apk im trying to install is a modded spotify apk and im sure its not corrupt because I used the apk on my LGG4. At first I thought this might be happening because I have Spotify built in, but I disabled it and it still said its corrupt.
