Why does it say wrong security certificate on web sites?

wong security certificate on web site

samsung galaxy tab..when on internet going to ebay website the security certificate is changing to: pixel.rubiconproject. I've run 5-6 anti-virus programs and nothing has come up. (my date and time are correct.)

Try it out on another internet connection -- if that doesn't work I would try another browser -- If that doesn't work I would factory reset.

Try it on a laptop or desktop too. The site could have a bad security certificate. (And it could be malware that's not a virus - try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.)
