Why does my android constantly keep making factory resets by itself

I'm on my fouth Lg K7 since July 2016. My current K7 constantly perfoms factory resets and erases all of my internal and SD card data as did on my 3 previous K7s. I desperately need someone to tell me how to fix this issue. MetroPcs has been of no help at all! Thank you all in advance for sharing the benefits of your knowledge.

Welcome to Android Central! That's clearly abnormal. If the same thing has happened this often, then I wonder if something you routinely install is causing severe system instability. I would do another factory reset, then make sure the phone doesn't reinstall any of your previous apps (there's usually an option in the Setup Wizard for this -- otherwise, go straight to the Play Store after finishing the Setup Wizard, and stop any app from installing automatically). See if the reset happens again.

Thank you B. Diddy for your answer to Why does my android constantly keep making factory resets by itself aka restart, reboot or hardset during one of my ongoing resets. I've seen several posts who are having my problem. Do you have anymore ideas? Thank you again.
By the way I forgot to state that these resets erase my SD card and everything on my internal drive except pre-insinstalle apps and they have to go thru updating process.

Did you already try my suggestion in my previous post (i.e., do another reset, but this time make sure none of your previous apps get installed)?
