Why does my Android not show on my pc explorer? What and how can I fix it?

The phone I'm using is a Hydro Kyocera , I had no problems like this since I rooted my phone , the computer I'm using has Windows 8 and and havent done anything to it , but since I share this computer with my family some Trojans and PUPS Infected my computer , I got ride of all of them.

Evidently one of those PUPs wasn't so unwanted after all. Try reinstalling the Kyocera driver.
