Why does my Android ZTE 5.1 keep rebooting and initializing several times a day

My phone keep initializing apps several times a day, I have the Bluetooth hooked up to my car when I turn my car on it shuts down starts up and again starts initializing then it turns off the Bluetooth, I have to go into settings and turn the Bluetooth back on it does this stuff during the day also, rebooting and initializing.
