Looking at extended batteries oem sized and my battery drains fast

Currently been looking at posts and searching for extended batteries for my LG G3 as the battery does drain especially when in use. An example of my usage would be like using messenger continuously for an hour and 45minutes which would take my battery from 70% to 45% - 50% although i did use my flash and camera in between this time. Is this normal?

Anyway I saw this extended battery:
ebay.co.uk/itm/3800mAh-Gold-Replacement-Li-ion-Battery-For-LG-G3-BL-53YH-D855-VS985-D830-D851/201360750762?_trksid=p2045573.c100034.m2102&_trkparms=aid%3D555012%26algo%3DPW.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D29974%26meid%3D5f38ce4160394ab1b5faeac97c2a56bf%26pid%3D100034%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D191621392450
and it does look shady, but seen people buy this so since ebay doesn't provide reviews, has anyone tried this or can tell me if this would work or not? there are also 3300mah batteries on ebay that have sold much more than this but this has 3800mah and if it works would help a lot more.

1. Facebook Messenger is a battery pig.

2. I never heard of the company. I'd stay with known brands on Amazon or ShopAndroid - #1 Store for Android Accessories

3. You might want to consider a power bank, rather than an extended battery. (The larger the capacity of the battery, the longer it's going to take for any given percentage of charge.)

I do carry around a portable charger but I was hoping to find a extended battery that doesn't require a larger case as I already use a case etc. also was hoping to get longer out of my phone without the need to charge as well so thought a extended battery would kinda solve this problem.
