Why does my camera on my Huawei Y320 say it can't connect?

my camera on my huawei y320 says it cant connect

Ive tried everything i have found out about and i cant find camera in my settings

What can I do ???

Welcome to Android Central.

If you go to Settings, Apps, All, can you not find Camera listed in the apps? If you can, select Clear Cache and then Power Off and Restart the phone.
If no good, try Safe Mode.
If still no good, get back to us.

I have already tried all these but still can't connect. No camera seen in all Apps.
