why does me cell service keep going out ?

My new nexus 5 cell service keeps going out. There is no specific times for when it goes out or comes back on. Also rebuting the phone does nothing and neither does taking the Sim card out. PLZ help

Do other phone users in your area, using the same network, experience similar problems?

Either way, consider the possibility of a bad SIM card, which your network provider will be able to replace if so.
