Galaxy 6 saying unable to charge battery to low

Won't charge at all lightning bolt appears as well as zero percent help

Turn it off and try to charge it that way. If not, do a hard reboot by holding the volume up button, home button, both together and hold. Then press and hold the power button till it reboots.

The condition that he's describing means the phone is already off. Just leave it plugged in for a while and you will be fine.

Maybe so. I don't charge when it's off.
