Why does my Galaxy s4 mini turn off randomly?

So, i know it may already have been answered, but i don't have time to search for the thread. What keeps happening is: i'm using my phone, and suddenly, the tab appears when you press your power button for a few seconds, but i haven't. I touch the arrow down-right, and it goes away, but a few seconds after that, it turns off.

Please help.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Power button involves moving parts that can wear out, or more likely, malfunction due to phone being drop'd or having been wet or stuff'd up with pocket lint, etc.

Have you tried tapping 'ReBoot' when that power button menu pops up?
