Why does my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 keep restarting?

Why does my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 keep restarting.

Ok so I accidentally left my tab to idle a few days ago and it was very hot. Then, it started restarting even when fully charged after a recent restart. The temperature always ranges from 50 - 60 degrees celsius when I'm using it. Any fixes?

Is the battery good? It may be worth having it checked.
