Why does my google voice activate itself and act like headphones are attached when there not

Play music comes on by itself volume goes up and down by itself and Google voice activates itself as though it's listening for a song all without me doing anything y is this it will even stop a phone call to "listen" or play music with no sound and I have to use speaker phone when I do get a call to go thru

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? There could be debris in the headphone jack, or the jack might be faulty. Use a can of compressed air to blow out the jack, and a toothpick to root around. Then see if the problem persists.
