Why does my gs4 keep randomly rebooting?

In the last few weeks my phone began to reboot it's self randomly and quite often. At first it was once every now and again, nothing that really concerned me, now it's happening ALL THE TIME, yesterday I noticed it at least 6 times while I was using it (no telling how many times it happened in my pocket) my apps also constantly stop responding, I'm not sure if these are related or not but I am always using clean master to lessen the work load of my cpu but evenough right after I boost it it's running at around 75%.
