Why does my HTC Desire 626 randomly shut off and will not turn back on and will not charge?

my htc desire 626 randomly shut off and will not turn back on and will not charge.

like I said it randomly shut off about a day ago and I can't get it to charge or turn on. I can't find anywhere to take a battery out so I don't know what to do.. The phone is only about a month old.

If it's only a month old return it to where you got it - sounds like a damaged phone.

Try holding the volume up key and then the power at the same time for about 10 or 15 seconds plugged in. I believe it will restart.
