Why my htc one shuts off automatically

I downloaded a small game from my Windows computer (I did not notice it caught a malware at that moment) to HTC One cellphone. But I see ads from YourAdExchange when I browsing pages on my phone. At times certain words are underlined with hyperlinks and offers pop up. Can these ads steal my personal information? How can I get them rid off my htc?

Welcome to Android Central! Not good. How did you get the game in the first place? Did you download it as an apk file from a filesharing site? That's a big mistake--sites like those are a good place to get malware, and besides that, the apps are mostly pirated anyway, which we strongly discourage here.

Probably the best thing for you to do is a factory reset. You could try running scans with various antivirus apps like Malwarebytes or Lookout, but if they don't detect anything, you're still stuck.
