Why does my LG Android read "Server Problem" when using speech recognition with browser?

The browser works fine. But not with the speech recognition option. It keeps returning a message that says "Server Problem"

Recently I downloaded the Amazon Shopper App. I also reset the phone to it's default settings which I have done before.

Any ideas? Would appreciate any input. StraightTalk is unable to help
