Why does my lgg3/d850 restart constantly?

[Android Central Question]

I have been through so many videos and feeds for this dumb phone. I had it for a year after the lgg5 came out and it started to restart randomly all of a sudden. Switched to sprint after and got a Samsung s7. I came back to it to use for watching movies and be my mp3 player but it restarts. The wifi will kick on and off randomly as well. People were saying that replacing the battery will work but it didnt. At first it would stay on for a whole 6 hour nature video so I could test the battery. Then it slowly started to restart on it's on and now does it all the time. I have reset the phone through the power key and volume button before the LG logo and it still does it. I need help cause it was a good phone and still is.
