Why does my music stop playing when I go to my camera(LG G3)?

why does my music stop playing when i go to my camera? lg g3

if i am listing to music or pandora and i go to my camera to take a pic the music stops playing then it starts playing again after i exit my camera. is there any way to fix that?

I can only guess, but I suspect it's because processing all that image data takes so much of the cpu's capacity that the phone can't reliably process both music and the image data, so it makes the assumption that if you've turned on the camera that's a higher priority than music.

Whatever you play takes preference. If you're playing music and take a pic, the camera "shutter" noise overrides the music.

Not sure if there's a way to fix it but when I use Snapchat I can take videos while the music is still playing and it records the sounds as well.

That's if you have Snapchat lol.
